Joining us from revered fine diner Doot Doot Doot at Mornington Peninsula's Jackalope, we're thrilled to welcome MFWF 30 Under 30's Pieter Buijsse as head chef at Bar Carolina.

Pieter brings a breadth of experience across three-star Michelin restaurants in Europe, where he first entered the world of hospitality at just 12 years old.
